Shipping Policy
Standard delivery orders should arrive within 10 days . Standard home delivery costs £3.95 for orders up to £50, and is completely free for orders over £50. We reserve the right to vary the terms of this promotion at any time, or to withdraw this promotion altogether. 
Deja New Home and Gifts only deliver to UK registered postcodes. Unfortunately, we do not yet deliver to Channel Islands or British Forces Post Office addresses.

We may restrict other postcodes at our discretion. 

Returns Policy 
Deja New Home and Gifts offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product you buy from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. In order to receive a refund, return the product back to us within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition you receive it and undamaged in any way.
Once we receive your item, your money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during your purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
